Cancel any time in your account settings. You’ll keep access until your Renewal Date (shown in your account/billing area). Unless you cancel before then, your membership auto-renews and you authorise the next charge. Except where required by law, we don’t offer prorated refunds/credits; downloads made during an active membership remain yours.

How to resubscribe:To reactivate, sign in and select a membership tier from your account page (or the membership page) and complete checkout. Access is restored immediately after payment. Your new billing cycle starts on the resubscription date.

We offer a one-time, first-time member refund if the membership is not a fit. Request within 7 days of your initial purchase (the 7-day period starts at the time of payment). Refunds are not generally available for renewals, upgrades, add-ons, or subsequent purchases. To request a refund, contact support from the email address associated with your account and include your name, the email used at checkout, and the date of purchase. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear. If you believe a charge was unauthorised or made in error, please contact support first so we can investigate before a chargeback is initiated. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
